City & Guilds Level 2 Technical Certificate in Heating, Design & Installation

This programme contains many of the same practical plumbing training and assessment that you will find on the diploma course. There is however a greater emphasis on central heating designs and installation.

This makes this programme a great choice for those that wish to ultimately pursue a career as a Registered Gas Installer.

Your Technical Certificate will be awarded upon successful completion of all assessments at the end of your centre led training programme. This course shares many of the same learning objectives as the 6189-11 Diploma which can be seen below:

Combination Units – practical centre led training where you will learn and complete general plumbing skills as well as many specific problems you may face when a fully qualified plumber.
Knowledge Units – centre led theory training that is tested using invigilated on-line exams
