RF Training owns and operates its own City and Guilds accredited training centres in Birmingham and Manchester. We specialise in delivering plumbing courses, electrician training, and gas courses.

The popularity of our training is such that we are now able to offer plumbing courses, electrician training and gas courses from two locations, one in central Birmingham and the other in Atherton, Greater Manchester. Both centres are fully equipped and fitted out to the highest of standards. Our centres benefit from large open plan workshops for practical training, dedicated classrooms for theory training and IT suites – that are used as a resource for plumbing courses students to conduct research and study for online examinations.

Plumbing Courses with RF Training

We are one of the first training centres in the country to introduce the new Plumbing Diploma based on the QCF framework on all of our plumbing courses. These new plumbing courses provide a mixture of intensive centre-based training with practical on-site experience. These are the industry approved plumbing courses which aim to fully prepare you for what is expected in the industry from the moment you finish your course. These plumbing courses are designed specifically for new entrants to the plumbing industry and provide supplementary plumbing courses within the programme design.

We also offer supplementary plumbing courses for plumbers currently in the industry, including Part L, Unvented hot water and Legionella prevention plumbing courses.

Electrician Training with RF Training

Our electrician training has been designed specifically for the needs that the industry requires as well as the feedback we have gained from all of our electrician training students. This has resulted in the creation of our excellent electrician training course, with many of our students gaining jobs or setting up their business as soon as they have completed their electrician training.

Our electrician training course is designed for new entrants to the electrical industry – the course therefore incorporates the basics along with supplementary electrician training to make sure our students are fully prepared for any task before they leave us.

We also offer many supplementary electrician training courses and update electrician training for people already involved in the electrical industry. These include; wiring regulations and updates, PAT Testing and Part P electrician training.
